Do my guests need to download an app?

No. Guests can jump straight in through their browser with a link or QR code, or download the CampEngage app if they'd rather. No account needed either way.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. You're billed month to month with no long-term contract, so you can cancel whenever you need to.

Will this replace my existing booking system?

No. CampEngage works alongside whatever you already use to take bookings. We handle what happens after someone books: communication, information and engagement.

How long does setup take?

Our guided setup walks you through adding your camp's information, facilities and activities. No technical skills needed.

Is my data safe and GDPR compliant?

Yes. Your camp's information is kept completely separate and private, stored securely on UK servers. It's never mixed with another camp's, and never shared or sold to third parties.

What if my site has patchy Wi-Fi or signal?

CampEngage is built to keep working even with a weak signal. The web app stores what guests need on their phone so it doesn't rely on a constant connection, and the downloadable app works fully offline once it's installed.
